Have your HbA1c checked for FREE by your Hy-Vee dietitian to assess your fasting blood sugar over the past 3 months. This test allows diabetics to track their blood sugar monitoring over an extended period of time.

Register today to reserve your appointment time slot! Follow the register link to reserve your 15 minute appointment with our dietitian. Testing is limited to the first 15 registrants. Tests will be conducted on our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile, which will be parked in front of the store.

This test consists of a small finger stick and allows for immediate results. You do not need to fast prior to this test.
