Our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile is rolling into town and is offering FREE A1C screenings to celebrate National Diabetes Awareness month! All screened participants will receive a goodie bag filled with diabetic-friendly samples!
What is a A1C Screening?
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. This screen does not require fasting.
To sign up, please register below. Walk-ins are welcome, but will be taken after previously scheduled appointments.
