Join us at your Barry Rd. Hy-Vee Saturday, November 10th from 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m. for an A1C Testing with dietitian Amy. Amy will be performing the screenings on our Healthy You Mobile parked in the parking lot.
FREE A1C screenings will be offered to celebrate National Diabetes Awareness month! All screened participants will receive a goodie bag filled with diabetic-friendly samples!
What is an A1C Screening?
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Screenings will take about 15 minutes. Please register below to reserve your spot, otherwise screenings will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
