Visit our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile on Wednesday, April 3, for a FREE A1c screening.
Hemoglobin A1c is a blood test that measures your average blood sugar over the previous 3-4 months. It is used as a screening and management tool for diabetes. Screenings take less than 15 minutes and results are available immediately.
Fasting is not required for this screening.
Only 16 spots available - we will offer some reservations and accept walk-ins - walk-ins are first come, first served.
Dietitian Jillian will be performing the screenings and can answer your nutrition questions related to your screening results.
