We Americans consume around 100g of added sugar a day. This contributes to overweight, diabetes, heart disease, acne and more. Sugar can also make us feel sluggish, brain fog and sickly. If you are looking for a new healthy lifestyle this year, come take the  sugar-free challenge with your dietitian, Laura, and intern, Megan! This is a 21-day challenge. You will receive education on how to live a sugar-free lifestyle, recipes, and an example meal plan. Plus, full access to ask Laura questions throughout the program.
