Learn tips and techniques for homemade sauces, and put your skills to the test with a cooking challenge! You will start off by learning the art of making a roux which can be used to make white sauces, cream sauces and gravy. In addition, we will make a flavorful marinara, the base for every Italian dish. Then, the chefs will be challenged to use the sauce to create a dish with the ingredients on hand.
