With these influences come flavors, ingredients and combinations that give an entirely new taste to traditional Vietnamese food. In this unique cooking class you will learn how to make these two cuisines. Join Madeline and Fatemeh for this great class.
Menu: Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll, French Country Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette, Vietnamese Beef Stew, and Chocolate Tart
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
