Join your Oakdale Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian Jena, for a session filled with food recommendations, nutrition education and meal solutions!
Jena will point out healthy options throughout the store, help with label reading, and answer other nutrition related questions you may have.
The tour will end with us sending you home with other meal solutions which may include samples, recipes, and/or an aisle-by-aisle guide of heart-healthy foods and tips based on our store layout, and a new familiar face (Jena - our dietitian) who can be used as a resource when you are shopping at Hy-Vee.
