Join Dietitian Amanda and Cox College Dietetic interns as they demonstrate 4 delicious recipes with a worldly twist. Each recipe has few ingredients, is prepared quickly and carries big flavor! This is the perfect opportunity to try something new. Each participant will be able to taste the recipes freshly made in front of them and receive copies of the recipes so that they can share new flavors with family!
