Join us on September 28, 2019 at 2 p.m. for a parent-child meal prep class where you will prepare three meals that involve different preparation skills to learn and practice with children. The class is most appropriate for children 4 years and older. All the supplies, the ingredients, and assistance from our nutrition staff are included. The cost of the class is $50/package (typically 1 caregiver + 1-2 children and the 3 meals with 4-6 servings each).
Menu includes: Chicken Enchiladas, Mini Meatloaf with Green Beans and Potatoes, and Italian Sausage & Cheese Tortellini. All meals can be either refrigerated or frozen for making later at home at each family’s convenience.
