We are pleased to announce that we are providing a FREE biometric screening for you, thanks to these generous sponsors: beef, Barleans and Cece's Veggies! The Hy-Vee dietitian from the 156th & Maple St. store will be visiting us on the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile in the Fort St. parking lot to provide these screenings in a first-come, first-serve basis, as the Fort St. Dietitian, Laura, is still on maternity leave. With a quick finger-stick, you can receive your total lipid panel (cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides) and blood glucose in just 15 minutes. We can also measure weight, height, waist and hip circumference, percent body fat, and blood pressure. For accurate results, please fast for 10 to 12 hours prior to the screening.
