Hy-Vee Fresh Meal Kits are chef- and dietitian-inspired meals that come with pre-measured fresh ingredients and step-by-step cooking instructions to serve 2 people. Each week there will be 3 meal options to choose from. Pre-order your meal kit(s) at least one week in advance and then pick up on designated date and time. Stop at Customer Service to get your meal kit(s).

Meals for the Week of October 10:

  1. Saffron Shrimp and Gnocchi: Gnocchi with shrimp, grape tomatoes and basil seasoned with saffron
  2. Caprese Chicken with Parmesan Baked Zucchini: Chicken breast with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil
  3. Sweet-and-Sour Pork over Bulgur Wheat: Pork with bell peppers, scallions, and a homemade sauce over bulgur wheat

Registration is due by Tuesday, October 4 @ 8:00 a.m. and pick up will be on Monday, October 10, between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Pre-order here

Meals for the Week of October 17:

  1. Sesame Beef Stir Fry with Basmati Rice: Sirloin steak with red peppers, snow peas and home-made sauce
  2. Creamy Avocado Chicken Pasta: Blend your own sauce using avocados, basil, and garlic, paired with grape tomatoes and mushrooms
  3. Seafood Zuppetta with Couscous: Shrimp & Cod dish with red peppers, mushrooms, and parsley

Registration is due by Tuesday, October 11 @ 8:00 a.m. and pick up will be on Monday, October 17, between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Pre-order here

Meals for the Week of October 24:

  1. Balsamic Glazed Steak with Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli & Roasted Potatoes
  2. Fish Tacos with Lime Cabbage Slaw
  3. Pork Chops with Roasted Fennel, Carrots, Potatoes, and Garlic

Registration is due by Tuesday, October 18 @ 8:00 a.m. and pick up will be on Monday, October 24 between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Pre-order here

Meals for Week of November 1:

  1. Thai Red Curry Shrimp with Jasmine Rice: dish features red bell pepper and snow peas in a curry sauce made with red curry paste and coconut milk
  2. Pancetta Pasta with Peas: Shell pasta with pancetta (pork similar to bacon) with peas & Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and side salad with apples & walnuts
  3. Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce and Greek Salad

Registration is due by Tuesday, October 25 @ 8:00 a.m. and pick up will be on Tuesday, November 1, between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. (delayed due to Halloween on Monday, October 31). Pre-order here
