Freezer Meal Prep Workshop

Set yourself up for success by planning ahead of time. Prepare five balanced freezer meals in under an hour in the comfort of your own kitchen. Ingredient substitutions available upon request. Menu include Tropical Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Pineapple-Planked Salmon with Rice, Cowgirl Chicken Grillers, Southwest Marinated Steak, Chicken Taco Skewers.  

Registration includes a step-by-step guide to all recipes and a link to shop for meal ingredients via Hy-Vee Aisles Online.
