Join us at the Sheridan Village Hy-Vee on Saturday, June 8, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for our 'Spring Into Summer Health Fair & Blood Drive'. Enjoy samples galore featuring gluten-free, vegan, keto, and sports nutrition products. Also during the fair, enjoy a 10% off sack sale on all HealthMarket items. Also going on during the fair will be a blood drive, in partnership with the Mississippi Valley Central Illinois Regional Blood Center. Our theme is 'Pints for Pints'. When you sign up to donate a pint of blood, we will give you a FREE pint of your favorite flavor of ice cream! So join us for samples galore, our 10% HealthMarket sale, and delicious ice cream!

1) Click this link to go directly to the Sheridan Village Hy-Vee registration sheet, where you can enter your information and sign up for a 10-minute time slot. Registered Dietitian Brian (filling in while Lauren Williams is on maternity leave) will phone you a few days to remind you of the date and time you chose. 2. You can contact dietitian Brian directly at the store and he will take your name and number and get you signed up. He will then phone you a few days before June 8 to remind you of your date and time. If Brian is unavailable or out of the store, please leave your contact information either with customer service, or one of the store managers (Maggie, Josh, Amber, Zach, Andrew, Elise). Brian will then follow up with you. Or, see step 3.
3. You can also stop by the pharmacy and leave your information (name, number, preferred time). Brian will reach out to get you signed up for a time.
