Stop in and visit our dietitian, Jennifer, for a quick heart health check. She will be checking blood pressures for free and providing samples of foods that are good for your heart. At noon, she will take anyone interested in learning more on a nutritional tour. During this tour she will point out foods that fit into a low-sodium diet and foods that will lower your bad cholesterol, raise your good cholesterol and help you enjoy improved heart health.
