Choose from vegan or vegetarian option-- vegetarian option will include cheese and eggs. Vegan option will use alternatives.
Come to Hy-Vee to prepare six delicious, plant-based meals! Each meal provides 4-6 servings. We take care of the shopping, do all of the dishes, and even take out the trash. Meals can be made within three days or frozen for up to 3 months. We provide all necessary supplies, but please bring a cooler to keep your meals cold until you can place them in the freezer. Workshops typically take 1 to 1.5 hours.
Must register in advance by the morning of Tuesday, May 14. Register in the store at customer service, by calling 507-292-6000, or online through Eventbrite.com. Cost: $100.
Payment due upon registration. Note small service fee added to Eventbrite registrations -- save this fee by registering in the store or by phone.
Class is held in our Simple Fix room next to the deli.
