Do you love to cook but lack the time? Do you hate to cook but still love to eat? Preparing meals in advance makes weeknight cooking a breeze! Our May Simple Fix (Freezer Meal) class will be held on Tuesday, May 16, at 6:00 p.m. Our dietitian-approved menu: Baked Beef Ravioli, Beef Green Chile Taco Casserole, Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Santa Fe. Each meal serves 4 to 6. Cost $25 for first meal, additional $15 per additional meal (1 meal - $25, 2 meals-$40, etc.).
