Bring your school-age children (ages 4-11) in for an hour of nutritional fun with Kristin Sousek, RD, LN. They will have the opportunity to taste new foods and make some delicious, yet healthy snacks while learning about nutrition and kitchen safety. Menu to include: beef and bean enchiladas, fruity May flowers, healthy ice cream sandwich delights. Adult must be present with child during class.
