Hy-Vee registered dietitians Cortney Reimer and Courtney Slater have teamed up with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to offer a montly Diabetes Support Group. Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Euclid Room, next door to the East Euclid Hy-Vee. See below for a list of dates and presentation topics.
