Get your FREE hemoglobin A1C inside the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile bus this month! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. It helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. These screenings are first-come, first served, and you do not need to be fasting beforehand. These screenings are provided by these generous sponsors: VEGA®, Ascensia Diabetes Care, and Bing® Beverages. Alternate location for screenings will be in the dietitian’s office in the Pharmacy.
