Join your Oakdale Hy-Vee registered dietitian, Jena, on a nutrition tour focused on diabetes management.
Jena will point out diabetes friendly foods throughout the store and explain how choosing your carbohydrates carefully can make a real difference.
The tour will end with us sending you home with other meal solutions including samples, recipes, and an aisle by aisle guide of diabetes friendly foods and tips based on our store layout, and a new familiar face (Jena - our dietitian) who can be used as a resource when you are shopping at Hy-Vee.
