On select dates throughout the week, your Hy-Vee Dietitian hosts free nutrition tours. Meet at customer service and join the group as we tour the store and discuss topics including diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Fridays are designated for cholesterol management. We will discuss foods that naturally help manage cholesterol, ways to increase fiber and meal/snack ideas throughout the store.
