On select dates throughout the week, your Hy-Vee Dietitian hosts free nutrition tours. Meet at customer service and join the group as we tour the store and discuss topics including diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Monday's are designated for diabetes management. We will discuss foods that naturally help control our blood sugar, carb counting, and diabetic friendly foods in every aisle!
