Meal prep time saver alert! Prep a whole weeks work of meals in less than 2 hours. In class you will assemble 5 wholesome family freezer meals, each feeding a family of 4. We do all of the shopping and clean up for you.
Menu: Mexican Pork & Sweet Potatoes, Butternut Squash & Lentil Curry, Greek Chicken & Peppers, Garlic Ginger Beef, Spinach & Salsa Chicken **All meals can be made naturally gluten free--just let us know when you sign up.
Sign-up closes at noon on March 10. Seating Limited. Sign up through Customer Service in store or at 417-881-1950
Cost $100. For us to assemble all meals for you, additional $25 service fee.
