This popular hands-on cooking class connects kids with their food and where it comes from, has shown to improve or reverse food aversions, encourages variety in their diet and brings excitement to what is on their plate.
This month kids will be creating four spring brunch recipes! These tasty recipes are great for sharing with mom on Mother's Day! Each class kids prepare 4 recipes and try a new food while learning about health benefits in different food sources.
