Stop by the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile to receive a free A1C Screening. Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
