Tuesday, April 23 – Plant-Based Cooking in the Kitchen

Description: Join dietitian Teequa as she teaches you how to take fresh vegetables from the garden and turn them into mouthwatering plant based meals the whole family will enjoy! We will be making 3 delicious dishes that participants will get to try. A plant-based diet is a great way to reduce your cholesterol, waist line, and increase your nutrient stores with rich vitamins and minerals from fresh fruits and vegetables.  

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Cost: $15.00 registration required 24 hours prior
