April menu includes includes Maple Walnut Salmon, Stuffed Bell Peppers with Turkey Quinoa, Sheet Pan Chicken with Pesto, BBQ Cheddar Mini Meatloaves, Creamy Chicken Pot Pie, Lazy Day Beef Stew. Want more options? Omit one entrée and get double of another, just let Becky know. Visit 6 meal stations in the club room, to create 6 dietitian-approved entrees. Bring a cooler or insulated bag to carry your meals back home. Deadline to register is Monday, April 15.
