April is Defeat Diabetes Awareness Month. Join us on the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile outside the store. Your Hy-Vee Dietitian will provide FREE Hemoglobin A1 C screening. Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals with diabetes or prediabetes use to evaluate their blood glucose levels over a 2-3 month period. Receive a diabetes friendly goodie bag, coupons and A1C results to report back to your physician. You can also sign up to do a FREE diabetes shopping tour on Mondays at noon.
