Dietitian Lisa is offering FREE A1C Diabetes screenings! This 5-10 minute screening will give you immediate results indicating your 2-3 month average blood sugar. Screening will be performed in the Healthy You Mobile bus parked outside the store. You do not need to fast prior to this test and there is no need to register!
