Class topics will vary. In every class, we talk about My Plate and the importance of eating healthy and eating together as a family! We will show them how to create a family meal at home, with a little help from mom or dad. We also try to incorporate an activity, to keep those bodies moving! Cost is $10 per person. Parents are not required to attend, but are welcome to stay. Recommended for ages 5-14. Pre-register by noon on the day before class. Please come to the Customer Service desk to register and pay. Please retain receipt for admittance.
