Dinner is Solved at Hy-Vee! Take home 7 freezer ready meals (4 servings each) while we do all the prep work for you! All you do is follow the simple instructions to assemble each entree, pack them into your cooler, and take them home to your freezer! The menu for the April 28 class is: • Baked Ziti • Chicken Fajita Salad with Cilantro-Lime Sauce • Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin • 3-Bean Enchiladas • Zesty Roasted Chicken Kabobs • Apple BBQ Chicken • Ranch Burger with Zesty Ranch Sauce.
