Superfood Cooking Event

Join us for a delectable evening full of cooking, dining  and learning. All participants will enjoy a mouth-watering three-course meal featuring numerous "super foods" including Atlantic Salmon, Roasted Root Vegetables, Mayan Cauliflower Rice Salad served atop a bed of Dark Greens, and a fresh fruit dessert.

Those in attendance will also learn how to prepare the delicious meal and receive recipe cards for each item prepared throughout the evening all while enjoying featured white wine selections.
