We’re making dinner easier than ever with our come-and-go meal prep workshop. We do the shopping, take care of all the dishes and even take out the trash! You prepare the meals and take them home to cook at a later date.
Stop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. to make your meals - no need to be there at the start time. This is more of an open-house type workshop and we will still be there to help you along the way!
Please bring a cooler or reusable shopping bag to take your meals home.

Crustless Chicken Pot Pie
Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Easy Swedish Meatballs
Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Each recipe serves 4-6 people.
You can choose 3-5 meals. Please verify which meals you would like with Kalley ([email protected]) before the class.
Can't make it to class? Purchase the ticket called "To-Go" and coordinate a time within 48 hours of class end time to pick up prepped meals ($15 fee for this option). Must confirm a time with Kalley prior to class start time: [email protected]
Must sign up in advance by March 16. Sign up on Eventbrite or with our dietitians. Class fee depends on quantity of meals and if you choose our to-go option.
Class is held in our Simple Fix room next to the Market Grille.

By signing up, you are acknowledging, no refund or exchanges will be given on classes for no-show. Hy-Vee reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, dietitian illness or inclement weather. In this case, an issue will be refunded.
