Join your Oakdale Hy-Vee registered Dietitian, Jena, on a nutrition tour focused on diabetes management.
Jena will point out diabetes-friendly foods throughout the store and explain how choosing your carbohydrates carefully can make a real difference.
The tour will end with us sending you home with other meal solutions including samples, recipes, and an aisle-by-aisle guide of diabetes-friendly foods and tips based on our store layout, and a new familiar face (Jena - our dietitian) who can be used as a resource when you are shopping at Hy-Vee.
