Join dietitian, Amanda, for a cooking class in honor of National Nutrition Month! This class will incorporate cooking with an air fryer, samples of foods from each food group, and each participant will get to make a meal to enjoy at the end of class including balsamic roasted asparagus, pistachio-crusted chicken (in air fryer), and farro edamame medley.
