A private group will be joining your Fitchburg dietitian Kacie for a Simple Fix Freezer Meal Prep Class. They will assemble the meals and leave with several meals ready to use or freeze until needed. All meals will come with cooking instructions. Each recipe is balanced, Dietitian-Approved, and will serve a family of four!
