Steps to participate:
1. Purchase 4 Qualifying Quaker Products by 2/28/19, Including:
-Old fashioned, Quick and Steel Cut Oats (18 oz or larger)
-Instant Oatmeal (6 count or larger)
-Oatmeal Squares (cereal) (14.5 oz or larger)
2. visit www.QuakerNutritionCheck.com to register and upload receipt(s) for qualifying products by 3/07/2019 to be eligible to receive a rebate for the value of a Cholesterol Screening. Note: On rebate per person (up to 2 per household; must be 18 years or older).
