Is your child curious about food and how it's made? Kids ages 5 to 10 are invited to help your Englewood Hy-Vee dietitian, Tamra, whip up three delicious recipes! Kids take turns measuring and mixing and get to taste what they've made at the end of class. Handouts with the recipes are provided, including color-coded ingredients that align with the MyPlate food groups to educate kids on healthy food choices.
Cost: $10 per child
