Welcome to anybody interested in or who is currently living a gluten-free life. Learn about gluten-free living, sample gluten-free goodies and learn about heart-healthy foods that will heal the gut. This month we will emphasize heart-healthy foods in honor of 'National Heart Health' month. This is a complimentary support group by Hy-Vee where you are able to find out answers to any lingering questions you may have about going gluten free.
