Healthy Families - FREE Every Wednesday starting February 3 through March 23, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Healthy Families is a FREE 8-week nutrition and health program for families with children and teens who want to live a healthier, more active life. Class participants will learn how to eat healthier while sticking to a budget, incorporating physical activity and much more.
