Dietitian Amanda will be whipping up a 4-course vegetarian friendly holiday lunch. Sign up in advance to reserve your lunch to eat in the Club Room or have us package it for you to-go. This is perfect for those accommodating vegetarian holiday guests or for those who simply want to try something unique to add to your menu this season.
Menu: Gardein Vegan Holiday Roast, Maple Roasted Carrots with Cranberries, Roasted Squash with Farro, Sweet Potato Brownies
Cost $20 per person. Reservations limited. Sign-up will close 48 hours in advance. Feel free to take your meal to go as take-out! Must still reserve spot through Customer Service in advance in store or by calling 417-881-1950.
