Hang on to your stockings! Christmas time is here and who doesn't love celebrating by making homemade baked goods? Dietitian Amanda will be demonstrating her favorite holiday baked good recipes that will be full of flavor, but lower in carbohydrates and calories.
We will have Christmas mocktails and will provide you with a complimentary glass of sparkling white wine. Each participant will go home with a gift-in-a-jar to enjoy for yourself or to give to a loved one.
