Joan is available at NOON every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for FREE Nutrition Tours at either store (check her schedule). Diabetes is covered 12-noon on Mondays; High Blood Pressure on Wednesdays at 12-noon and Cholesterol 12-noon on Fridays. You may sign up in advance, but walk-ins always welcome! However, be sure to check with Customer Service at both stores to see where Joan will be that particular day.
