Do you want easy to prepare, fresh, and healthy meals for you and your family? It’s easy with Simple Fix To-Go. Life is busy and so are you!! Let us help free up some time by doing the meal assembly for you! In one easy stop you’ll have 4 entrees ready to serve any night of the week. Each entrée serves at least 4 people. You will save hours of your time and get to try our dietitian’s favorite new recipes! All you need to do is come pick up your meals and take them home.

Registration: Deadline for registration is 10:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2018.

Cost: 4 entrees for $65 (+processing fee).

Pick-Up: Meals assembled by your Hy-Vee dietitian will be available Tuesday, Dec. 11, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please stop in at  customer service for meal pick-up, or call customer service at 402-477-4764 to request drive-up service.

Please note that substitutions can be easily made by doubling up on one entrée and omitting another. It is also possible to double portions of preferred meals if you are needing more than 4 servings. Additionally, please note that most meals can be made with gluten-free ingredients. Please send us an email if you would prefer gluten-free meals so we can ensure your ingredients are gluten-free, however, note that our facility is not certified gluten-free. You are allowed to change your order up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event. These meals are prepared for with great detail; please contact Lora if there is a concern or you would like to note any dietary preferences.

Is Registration available at 27th & Superior Hy-Vee?

Yes, to skip the eventbrite fees, you may also register and prepay at 27th & Superior Hy-Vee customer service or by phone at (402) 477-4673 by 10:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7. Payment is due at the time of registration.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who will pick up the meals?

Yes, please notify Lora Unger by email at [email protected] with the person's name who will be coming to pick up your meals.

Cancellation Policy We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may not be able to pick up the meals you have purchased a ticket for. If that happens, we respectfully ask for tickets to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any tickets canceled before the 24-hour deadline will be refunded in full in accordance with Eventbrite's cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window before the event cannot be refunded; meals can be picked up by a friend or family member. We thank you for being a valued Hy-Vee customer and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy.
