The Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile will provide free hemoglobin A1C screenings in the store parking lot. A hemoglobin A1C screening is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. The test provides information about an individual's blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. This is a walk-in clinic. There is no charge.
