The Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile will be in front of the store and your dietitian, Julie Mayhew, will be offering free Hemoglobin A1C tests. Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
