Join your Hy-Vee dietitian on the Healthy You Mobile for a free A1C screening! Hemoglobin A1C is a useful blood test for individuals with diabetes or prediabetes. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about the individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2- to 3-month period. This event will be held in the Healthy You Mobile. Screenings will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
