Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Your Southridge Hy-Vee registered dietitian, Emily, will be offering free A1C tests Saturday, November 23, ONLY! These tests will be offered on a first come, first served basis between 8 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Fasting is not required for this test and results will be provided right away.
