Stay on track during this holiday month by joining us to meal prep your dinners for the week. In less than 2 hours you will have everything assembled and ready to go. Dietitian will do all shopping and clean up for you.
Menu: Fire Roasted Shrimp Tacos, Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops, Italian Meatballs, B.L.T Skillet, Berry Baked French Toast
Sign up 24 hours in advance through Customer Service in store or at 417-881-1950. Sign-up will close at noon on November 7.
Cost $100. Includes 5 family freezer meals feeding 4+.
If you'd like for us to assemble your meals for pick-up only there is a $25 service fee. Pick-up must be within 24 hours of class date.
